Reset your mind and body with this energising evening yoga class. Through a flowing sequence we release tension, build strength and improve mobility, however this practice goes beyond the body.
Combining mindfulness, a sense of grounding and peacefulness this class helps you recharge, relax and transition smoothly into your evening.
Suitable for all levels and all welcome.

Pilates Teacher
Afreen
Afreen brings a calm and supportive approach to Pilates, shaped by her background in psychology and interest in the mind-body connection.
Her classes focus on body awareness, strength, and mindful movement, creating a welcoming space where clients can feel grounded, supported, and more connected to their bodies.
With a thoughtful and intuitive approach to movement, she aims to help clients build strength alongside greater confidence, ease, and self-awareness.

Yoga Teacher
Sandra
Sandra has been practising yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2017. Alongside her studio classes, she works with cancer support services and MS groups, bringing a deeply inclusive, compassionate approach to every class.

Sandra teaches Hatha yoga, with sessions suitable for all abilities. Her classes combine mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation, always finishing with a calming guided savasana to leave you feeling grounded and restored.
