Welcome to a Space of Stillness, Softness, and Deep Reconnection

This is more than just a yoga class. It’s a two-hour monthly workshop that invites you into a safe and supportive space where healing unfolds gently, and presence is nurtured with care.

Rooted in trauma-informed practice and somatic wisdom, this offering is for anyone seeking to reconnect with their body, release stored tension, and build inner resilience.

Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, chronic overwhelm, or simply looking for a deeper form of rest, this workshop is for you.

What Is the Freeze to Flow Workshop All About?

I'm a trauma-informed yoga teacher and certified trauma resilience embodied facilitator. Freeze to Flow combines:

  • Somatic movement to awaken your body’s natural intelligence

  • Yin yoga to soothe and regulate your nervous system

  • Meditation and guided rest to invite peace and deep stillness

  • Embodied practices to gently meet and process emotions

  • Nervous system education grounded in Polyvagal Theory, shared in a way that’s empowering, not overwhelming

This is a journey of healing that honours your pace, your story, and your body’s wisdom.

Why This Workshop? Why Now?

Trauma, big or small, can live in the body as stored tension, emotional reactivity, or a sense of disconnection from self. It can feel like:

  • A loss of trust in your body or in others

  • Chronic fatigue or emotional numbness

  • A sense of "shut down" or emotional overload

  • Difficulty feeling safe, grounded, or “at home” in your body

This workshop offers a gentle and informed approach to support you in navigating these experiences. Through movement, stillness, and deep inner listening, we explore a new relationship with the body, one built on safety, self-love, and compassion.
