Group Session

My Group sessions are a gentle all over body workout moving your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. This class places special emphasis on controlled breathing and posture.

Private Session

One-to-one guidance in yoga is a way to really make sure that your personal needs are being met in your practice. You might choose to just do a few sessions to help you overcome obstacles to joining group classes, or you might prefer an ongoing one to one practice.• are you nervous about attending classes and would prefer a gentle more personal introduction to yoga• or are self-conscious about practicing in front of other people• or have a busy schedule and find it difficult o get to a scheduled group class• or maybe you want to work more intensely and dynamically on your practice at your own pace and with one-to-one attention to detail.

Online Class

My Online Class is a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life. Grab a mat and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling cantered and renewed. If you have never tried yoga before this is a perfect class for you. It is also designed to meet the needs of those who are new to yoga but seek a better understanding of basic yoga poses.
