Rise & Restore
A softer way to start your Saturday
Join us for a beautiful blend of gentle somatic movement, slow flow yoga and restful yin.
We'll begin by easing into the body with small, mindful movements, before making our way through our familiar slow flow and finishing with longer-held yin poses.
A little space to breathe, move and reconnect with yourself, at your own pace.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or already love our Saturday mornings, you are very welcome.
Our new Saturday practice begins 10 October
What to expect on the mat

Ease into movement
We begin with a gentle somatic warm-up — slow, mindful movements that invite you to notice how your body feels, soften and find your own pace.
Find your flow
We move into our familiar slow flow, bringing breath and movement together, exploring gentle strength, balance and space within the body.
Soften into stillness
We finish with restful yin stretches, taking our time in supported poses before settling into a quiet rest. A lovely opportunity to pause and simply be.
Three practices woven together, with room to listen to your body and take what you need that morning.
A little time just for you
When your week has been full of doing, Saturday morning can be a lovely opportunity to pause and come back to yourself.
Rise & Restore gives you space to enjoy moving your body, follow your breath and settle into stillness, without feeling rushed.
You don’t need to be flexible or have practised yoga before. I’ll guide you through, offering choices so you can explore what feels right for you that morning.
You’re always welcome to pause and rest.
Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning to your familiar place on the mat, there is a warm welcome waiting for you.

Your Saturday morning, a little softer
From 10 October, our Saturday class becomes Rise & Restore — bringing together gentle somatic movement, the slow flow you know and love, and time to settle into yin and rest.
If you already join us, you’ll still find that familiar warmth and welcome, with a little more space to slow down.
And if you’ve been thinking about coming along, this is a lovely time to begin. Come as you are — I’d love to welcome you onto the mat.
