400 hrs Yoga Alliance ProfessionalI have been practicing yoga for 20 years. Although I have practiced yoga for 20 years due to work, life stuff and being a single mom, I had to have a break from my personal yoga practice. My Yoga journey started again 5 years ago and so with personal extensive studies, certification, and personal experiences it’s now that I feel inspired to teach as a professional. I love teaching and sharing my passion for yoga. Yoga has greatly impacted my life and I love seeing the transformation it makes in the lives of people. I am passionate about teaching the science of yoga and the ancient wisdom through yoga classes,

I completed my Yoga Foundation Course 4 years ago and then went on to complete my 200 hrs Teacher Training. A year later I complete my Yoga Nidra, Yoga for Menopause and Yin Yoga qualifications.I am trained in Hatha yoga however my personal practice included most styles, meditation, and pranayama. My classes offer a warm, happy environment, offering a supportive yoga practice. giving clear instruction on alignment. Yoga is your experience, totally unique to you. I honour this and I am grateful to offer space to guide you into your breath to expand, accept and release.

Group Session

My group sessions are a gentle all over body workout moving your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. This class places special emphasis on controlled breathing and posture.

Private Session

One-to-one guidance in yoga is a way to really make sure that your personal needs are being met in your practice. You might choose to just do a few sessions to help you overcome obstacles to joining group classes, or you might prefer an ongoing one to one practice.
• are nervous about attending classes and would prefer a gentle more personal introduction to yoga
• are self-conscious about practicing in front of other people
• have a busy schedule and find it difficult to get to a scheduled group class
• want to work more intensely and dynamically on your practice at your own pace and with one-to-one attention to detail.

My Online Class is a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life. Grab a mat and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling cantered and renewed. Book online today. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step by step guidance and demonstration. If you have never tried yoga before this is a perfect class for you. It is also designed to meet the needs of those who are new to yoga but seek a better understanding of basic yoga poses.

My passion for Yoga

I will guide you through your Yoga practice using postures (asana) and conscious breathing (pranayama) Suitable for all levels of fitness. My classes are great for all levels of yogis, those just beginning a yoga practice, anyone working through an injury or who those who would enjoy a more gently paced class.  

My classes will help you develop your strength, balance, flexibility, and increase concentration, increasing your inner calm.
