Meet Lisa,
I am a 700-hour Yoga Alliance Professional who has been practicing yoga for 20 years. Although I have practiced yoga for 20 years due to work, life stuff and being a single mom, I had to have a break from my personal yoga practice. My Yoga journey started again 5 years ago and so with extensive personal studies, certification, and personal experiences, it’s now that I feel inspired to teach as a professional. I love teaching and sharing my passion for yoga. Yoga has greatly impacted my life and I love seeing the transformation it makes in the lives of people. I am passionate about teaching the science of yoga and ancient wisdom through yoga classes, I completed my Yoga Foundation Course 3 years ago and then went on to complete my 200 hours of Teacher Training. A year later I completed my Yoga Nidra, Yoga for Menopause and Yin Yoga qualifications. I am trained in Hatha yoga however my personal practice included most styles, meditation, and pranayama.
My classes offer a warm, happy environment, offering a supportive yoga practice. giving clear instructions on alignment. Yoga is your experience, totally unique to you. I honour this and I am grateful to offer space to guide you into your breath to expand, accept and release.
